If the wireless phone companies had the intestinal fortitude to stop distracted driving caused by wireless devices, they could do it in a heartbeat, and the cut off starts at 1 mph.
I don’t want to hear, “what about the passengers”, tough! What did we do before wireless devices, lets see, take in the scenery, read a book and oh yeah have intelligent conversations.
