If the wireless phone companies had the intestinal fortitude to stop distracted driving caused by wireless devices, they could do it in a heartbeat, and the cut off starts at 1 mph.

I am sorry cell phones in cars can be a great safety device!
More than once we have been behind a driver that was impaired either through lack of sleep, medical issue, or drugs/alcohol. Using my hands free device (Parrot) called 911 and reported, stayed on the phone with dispatch and followed until police were able to catch up with us.
