After commuting daily for 30 years, sometimes as much as 100 miles one way, I can honestly say there is no shortage of inattentive idiots on the road that should not have a license to begin with, cell phone or no cell phone. I've found the most dangerous time of the month to be on the highway is the first few days after the social security payments are recieved.
