How about taking one of those dozens of cameras we have in our cars these days and pointing it back at the driver’s face? Don’t see the eyeballs for a few seconds, brakes come on. The driver is still the issue here, not the phone.
Sounds ideal for those into Orwellian theater, especially since it must be ‘codified’ to implement, this comes with the added authenticity of pursuing Purple Unicorns - a GREAT Call, and a progressive way forward!!
