Boy we are up to 9 pages.
My view is that is not the phone, not the 8" touch screen, not the French Fries in the lap, BUT the nut behind the wheel!
LOL.....exactly. At some point in the past they did away with drivers education in our local school districts. Now it's to the point that the first generation of those who had no formal drivers education have kids who have came of driving age and guess who is doing the training. I've had my share of crashes and booboos over the years but the next SOB, who is typically 20 something and often female, that cuts me off at highway speeds or insists on riding my bumper while doing 80 mph just may get the last lap running 2nd in turn 3 treatment. Its hard to hold back and not go back to my circle track days.
As far as the 9 pages, what is more dangerous to your well being and sanity? Driving on the highway or reading this thread lol.
Today, 90% of the people on the road don't take driving seriously. A vehicle, any vehicle (or RV) is a lethal weapon, just like a firearm and like a firearm, vehicles and driving them needs to be taken seriously. Don't know how many times I've seen people yacking on a cell phone, reading a book, putting on makeup and even playing with themselves, all while driving down the road...
Amazing, amazing stupidity.
