A salvage title means an insurance company has TOTALED the trailer because the damages are more than the retail value.
Since you live in the state of None you will have to research the specifics for the state of None. In Ohio you cannot register a vehicle with a "salvage" title. To get a "rebuilt salvage" title the vehicle must be repaired, all receipts presented, and inspected by the highway patrol. They are primarily concerned with safety and function of the vehicle, not cosmetics. Then you can register the vehicle.
