I knew within 6 months of my initial purchase that we made the wrong choice. However, due to my job working weekends we never really had an opportunity to use it much of outside of a couple times a year so I really couldn't justify taking a financial hit by trading it in. Same camper is still in my driveway, but my job has recently changed to having off the majority of the weekends.....so I'm starting to get the bug again.
People trade in for all kinds of reasons. Don't be scared of used, just get a better price from them.
