You are looking at 3000 bucks difference, is that what the blue book value is? Seems to me there is a bit more wiggle room to negotiate. Ask what the dealer has done to the unit to make sure its systems are in good working order. Usually all they do is clean them and maybe repair any visible issues inside. Another question is how handy are you? Can you fix most things that break in an RV? Do you have the time to fix them? There is only a few high dollar items like the converter that if the go bad and with a good deal you could eat the expense and still feel good about your purchase. Offer a bit less for the used and be happy if they take it, then go camping and have fun.
