I think Photoshopped. The shadows on the other pickup and the little tree are visually the same, but the shadow on the TC in question don't quite look right to me. The shadow on the TC is from the sun directly above, the other shadows are from a somewhat lower angle.
I have two other pictures I could email you if you like. it was in the Menards parking lot I was shopping at in Elkriver Minnesota
