For my previous seasonal site:
- Electrical ON -> with fridge on electric mode.
Note: I installed electric Surge Protection as well.
- Hot Water tank Off
- Water flow Off
- both Septic Valves closed.
- LP Gas Off -> since fridge was on electric only.
- roof vent open 1/4 -> to allow natural venting
- furnace &/or AC set to Off.
- 12 Volt turned off (via manual switch).
- Side's Slide left Out. (only bring slide in at fall / for winter storage).
- Side's large Awning Out (material kept tight and supported by both horizontal and vertical posts). re: - click here -
To eliminate slide roof damage, I created a hard cover for our large slide. re: - click here -
