Season's end !!!

Well....the time has come to make our final trip this year. Camping season in Maine is short, and most campgrounds around here are already closed.
This weekend will be our last one, and it will be a nice one (temps in the 60's).
Next weekend will be winterizing.....put the cover on,.... and hibernation.

We're happy we had eight camping outings this summer, and hopefully the same next year.
Already reserved a week in Old Orchard Beach and a week in Prince Edward Island

    Our last trip was also Maine.....OOB to be specific....Powderhorn CG to be even more specific. This was our second trip to Maine this year, first one was Memorial Day weekend in Alfred Maine at Walnut Grove CG....sis and hubby have a seasonal there.....nice trip....terrible traffic on the way home. Anyhow, before I get even more off subject......all winterized and put to sleep....sad, sad, day

    Next weekend for us! Kentucky State Parks close around the end of October and next weekend is an open weekend for my Auburn Tigers. I dread buying the antifreeze and getting the cover out of the attic :(

    Fall comes all too soon, doesn't it? We too have had a good camping season, and I'm sad to see it come to an end. Happy hibernation, everyone! Wishing all some wonderful dream fulfillment next camping season!
