Reading all of the answers, I am reminded of something my old friend Harry told me in the back in the far safer and more gentle 1950's.
"Don't put stickers on your vehicles" They'll tell people where you've been, what you like, what your politics are... some will like it, some will hate it.
Think about a peace symbol... in the 1960's.
..................
Now days political preference stickers might get you Vandalized.
I see people with Apple stickers on their windows... computers or cell phones?
You might as well wear you rollex in the wrong part of town.
An NRA sticker is polarizing... but much worse is not what it says about what you like... It says what is most likely in your truck camper or truck... not just what you might be carrying. When you aren't in your TC Home... my guess is that the NRA sticker makes your "home" a prime target. Guns are small and have a very good resale value.
After looking at the previous answers in this thread... minimize anything that calls attention to your valuables... and your generator is a very valuable part of you collection. Be it armoured doors, extra locks, or any kind of bumper or window stickers

Reddog1 actually has a good solution... if you don't hide it well, lock it in the open...
As he says theaves aren't likely to work that hard to get it... and they are less likely to break into the camper or storage areas... they can see where the valuables are.
