Hmmm, you taking your drone over your neighbors property? :B
The drone was not flown over anyone's property other than ours. That being the case, the FAA has jurisdiction over the airspace above private property so it's ok with them if I did fly it over my neighbor's property. (Same as a commercial airliner flying over their property) Technically, they would have to prove "harassment" in order to limit my access. This would be based on how low and frequently I fly. :B
I do have a neighbor who lives a couple houses down that has an outdoor gym in his backyard. He lifts weights out there regularly. One evening I was flying at about 380 feet above ground filming the sunset and he complained that I was spying on him. I showed him the footage and pointed out that the camera wasn't pointed downward at anytime and even if it was, you couldn't make out any detail at that altitude. He called me a "creep" and told me not to film him so I just don't fly over his property anymore :)
