If its priced right , the first person will probably buy it . When I was looking everyone I looked at the sellers wanted their payoff ( 6 to 7 year old trailers) .Problem was they put no money down and owed more than it was worth . The other thing sellers did was use NADA to price their campers , the problem with this was , thats what I would pay on a dealers lot ( thats where NADA gets its info , dealers). I bought mine from a guy who was priced right and would only take cash . We both were happy.
