Another thing to consider on TW.....Unlike most other types of trailers, TT, TW can vary a LOT in the course of a trip.
Fresh water leaves it's tank and ends up in the grey/black tanks, propane gets consumed and leaves the tougue, food gets consumed, and leaves the pantry/firdge and ends up in the black/grey tanks. And many other items may shift around in the course of a trip.
All of this is dependant on your TT, and how YOU use it. Nobody here on this forum can tell you how it will affect YOUR TT... There are far too many variables. In fact even iff your normal routine camping doesn't cause any issues, that once in a blue moon trip can.
This is why I like to plan on 15% minimum for my lash ups. There is no reason other than equipment limitations to stop at 15%. Doing so will not hurt the towing performance one bit... In fact it will enhance it.... So long as your equipment can handle the weight. So I make sure mine can.
You are in the situation where you NEED to cut it close on TW. You should be best friends with the scales. Weigh it OFTEN. And try very hard to keep the same routine. Doing things such as relocating batteries to the rear is dangerous, unless you are weighing the TT. Under 10% TW, can cause unexpected severe sway, and a wreck.
I experienced low TW sway once, when I first started, about 1992.
I was lucky. You may not be.
