They are usually loaded with a few weeks or months worth of our fish. If you go to an RV park along the Kenai River, you'll see full smoking and canning setups sitting around the RV's. Once processed, they can transport through Canada freely.

Our friends had their freezer stuffed with Salmon and Halibut and he said he sent over 135 pounds home via air freight. Glad I didn't pay that bill.
Fish is ok. I prefer elk myself.
