Those camper decals do say "with standard equipment" so it may well weigh 1900 lbs when configured that way.
The lie is that most if not all manufacturers ship their units with "included options" that means none of their units match that decal so it kind of is fantasy.
I found the decal on my camper to line up pretty well with reality once I added back all of the options (the manufacturer listed the individual weights of everything on their site).
