Absolutely set up when you arrive. I too have walked out of the RV early the next day to see dozens of arrivals after I had gone to sleep. No one wants to keep fiddling with their camper for a day and a half, and about when they finish it is time to start breaking down. I have no issue with folks rolling in past 10pm or whatever and making camp. But to echo, the bozos with car alarms, headlights washing over the next row of campers, screaming kids and barking dogs, slamming doors over and over, tools banging on the ground and talking to eachother like your the last people on earth, don't be like that.
