I use a macerator pump and pump through 5/8" garden hose (found a brown hose, dedicated it to this use). I pump 100' where my 5th wheel sits during the summer.
My first one (cheep Ebay)lasted 4 years and sealed bearing failed allowing fluid to run drip pump. I just replaced it with This one (Seaflo told me it has a 4 year warranty. On this one you need to add a way to connect a garden hose and a pigtail to 12V. I have an outlet in my sewer valve area with a switch.
Here is another one that is already finished with hose connector and wire pig tail.
