I installed an RV cleanout in my front yard that can be accessed by someone in the street or from my camper parked in our driveway but I only had to run about 12 feet of lateral pipe and it was an ABS sewer main which made it easy. Your challenge is distance! With a 75' run you need approximately 19" of drop in your line (1/4" of fall per lateral foot of distance) for a standard gravity feed system. Some commercial sewer lines are allowed to be installed with only 1/8" per foot of fall but I don't recommend it for residential. The macerator systems already recommended might be your best bet if you don't want to do the sewer lateral work yourself!
