Keep in mind that the dump station is nothing more than another cleanout with a fancier lid, if you choose to use one. I live out in the country, so I just dug a hole to expose the existing sewer main and added a sanitary street tee using Fernco flexible couplings. It's pretty simple to do as long as you don't mind digging.
X2 Probably the cheapest way. We only had to dig about 2'. I left mine about 2" above grade and put a PVC cap on it.
