Sewer hose in the rear bumper, I made a tray for the hose

I found some unused vinyl rain gutter left at my house from the previous owner.

I cut a piece to use as a tray for the sewer hose.

I also painted the inside of the bumper.

Video showing what I did

I never camp with hookups, so I am still using a cheap, low end hose since I only using it when dumping the tanks.

If I had a nice, high end hose, I'd probably store it in a plastic tote somewhere, since nicer hoses likely wouldn't fit in the bumper
  • A great idea! We bought our Puma used and it had a hose container attached to the bottom of the bumper.
  • I should also mention that the gutter tray stays in the bumper. It's jammed in there pretty tight.
  • Nice idea. Cheap, low end hoses are ok provided they are treated gently.
