Trace the wires to what they feed, so you will know what may have caused the problem. I would guess that one is the AC and the other is the microwave. $25 or so gets you a volt meter that plugs in a receptacle. 30 Amps is not much current if you are not used to it. Also, if you repair the wire ends, use white electrical tape.
