You need to get an electrician involved in trouble shooting this. Your pic shows 7 neutral wires(whites) over heated to the point of cumbustion. NOT normal and very dangerous. Normally the hots(black wires) would overload and trip the breakers. If the campground pedestal or your rig had the hot and neutral swapped, then a very dangerous electrocution and fire hazard exists. If there is a loose connection causing this, it needs to be fixed. The fried wires need to be cut back to where the insulation and wire is unaffected or replaced if too short. Not taped. To prevent many types of electrical issues, a surge protector should be used.
I installed this Progressive Industries surge protector. I can see at a glance the voltage, current and frequency. It'll disconnect automatically on low/high voltage as well as several other problem conditions. I highly recommend it.
