We finally have an answer as to what has happened. The trailer is at the dealer and their electrician has looked it over. The main neutral wire was loss at it's connection point. He is adamant that it came this way from the factory. The dealer has contacted the manufacturer to have the originial warranty cover it. Since we are 3 months out of the factory warranty, Cruiser RV is refusing.
The work that needs to be done is listed as the following:
The bar needs replacing.
The wires need to have the burnt areas cut back.
Wires need to be reconnect TIGHTLY.
