That SC looks good, I would recommend having it gone over by a local RV center that does repairs if possible, ask them the value of it.
It does look like it is in ready to go condition, that thing doesn't even have wings on it to check for rot, I would make sure the roof is in good condition.
My thoughts with it lacking a bathroom and other nice additions I wouldn't offer more than $2000-$2500, but that is just me, I am not crazy about pop ups.
