Didn't realize the one you were trying to buy was a popup. Ours is a 2005 popup very similar to yours but with the new style lift system that you crank up from the outside. We keep a porta-potty in the front cabinet. Paid $4300 a year ago in very nice condition. No dickering with the owner, he didn't care if I bought it (think it was his wife's idea), but I had been looking to upgrade for 2 years and had looked at a lot of used units and none were anywhere as nice, so I bought it, no regrets. If you really want it, maybe offer a little more if it is nice as it looks and not loose the rest of the Summer using it.
