Yep, raising the hitch with the tongue jack takes the work out of the process. The WDH manual should help you determine if the hitch is setup correctly; I haven't had a dealer do it correctly with any of the 4 trailers I purchased. Basically you want the tow vehicle to squat at both axles when the tongue weight increases while driving. Make sure the front fender to the ground is not higher with the trailer attached than it is when the trailer is unattached.
