X2 - I think many/most folks on here forget about simple statistics and human nature. You are about 100X more likely to read about a problem on an internet forum than something good. After reading this post and remembering all the problems I think it may be more like 1000X more likely to hear about a problem.
This also goes hand in hand with the folks that have one bad experience with a brand and rule them out forever. Talk about an incorrect conclusion.... yikes. I've seen this over and over again.
If you happen to be the poor guy at the wrong end of the bell curve you should probably hop right back on the same brand. The chances of it happening again are super rare. Anyhow, I'll get off my soap box and stop thinking about statistics classes from college.
