Me too. I know when I did the factory tour a few years back they admitted that they had some issues and growing pains to address over the years and they are trying to improve constantly.
I dont care if its wood or aluminum framed. Aluminum is not good if its not welded properly and woods no good if its not nailed, stapled, or screwed properly.
In another thread the OP talks about owning a 2005 AF so I guess that would be this one.
Well, that would explain things. Northwood Manufacturing did have some issues back then, but they now use full welds rather than spot ones and they have addressed the subflooring issues that plagued some of their heavier campers.
