Ok guys you answered my questions on the Stable loads, and I think You very much. Now I need to ask about shocks. 2003 Ford F450 crew cab, cab and chassis, 6.0 diesel, 990 Arctic Fox. Are Monroe shocks as good as any of the others? which is best Rancho, or bilstein. I have been looking on e-bay and these things are expensive for an old fart trying to get by. If there is a cheaper place than e-bay let me know .Thanks againGeorgey.

another vote for bilstein. Last truck 1 shock started squeaking when new, so it got 4 of the 4600 series bilstein. when I sold it at 65K (10 years) it felt as good as the day I put them on.Witting for a reason to put the same shock them on the new truck.

Try Rockauto might beat eBay. Shop around, you can find better prices than eBay sometime.Also e shock has good prices. I like Rock auto

what truck? what did you like better about the KYB's than bilsteins?
I have no interest in tinkering with KYB adjustments.

I felt they were stiffer when loaded over
the Bilsteins JMO
2000 F250 c/c standerd bed 4x4 7,3
