devils advocate - If an AC leak is going through the DC negative side - wouldn't have to be a faulty converter? being the only thing connected to the DC side from the AC side, since the other circuits are all good?
For example: What is the 20A GFCI circuit? Dedicated or other plugs on the circuit that can contribute to the problem? How about a bad GFCI.
Try a second GFCI as they do fail.
