There is nothing else on that circuit. Only the converter. Black wire from converter straight to breaker. No other wires on that breaker.
Edit: Just thought of another hair puller. Sometimes, I've discovered a GFCI receptacle that is worn out. It may work with some low current devices but once a certain current threshold is exceeded, they won't hold the latch up. A converter may fit the bill of this as it may draw 8 amps or so when fully charging.
