I would not and basically, could not because of emissions testing where I live. But even if I could, I would not because a state could start testing at any time and because you could have a very difficult time selling or trading in a deleted truck as dealers could be held liable for the missing parts.
BTW, all of the reports I've heard say you get 1 to 2 mpg better after delete. The exhaust parts don't slow down the flow very much.
