Not nit picking at all, I'm just asking you to back up your statement that more pollution is caused by making and using DEF than the millions of vehicles that are emitting less than 1/12th the NOx of those that don't use it.
Huh?!? When did I say that? You must not have been reading what I have been posting. I have been saying that it should be studied to find out the numbers between the 2004/2007 emissions numbers versus the 2010 emissions numbers along with the pollution from DEF industry that it created. I believe I have said this multiple times. Please go back and read.

A lot of jurisdictions have made major attitude adjustments on recycling. San Francisco has one of highest rates of recycling in the world.
And that doesn't mean beans when it comes to what we are talking about. Let me ask you a question. If you were in charge of of finding out the pollution impact of plastic bottles, would your results come from a)what people should do with the plastic bottle which is recycling them or b) what they are actually doing with the plastic bottle which is throwing them in the trash? If you were tying to find out the pollution impact that something has, wouldn't you use real world data versus shoulda woulda coulda data? What "should" happen is irrelevant when you are trying to find out what "is" happening.
