as long as I'm level enough I don't disconnect. I've not seen any valid argument on why you must disconnect. And at times if I'm slightly nose down connected I just run the tongue jack up enough to level.
And I disconnect the trailer wiring connector (7 pin). In some vehicles turning off the TV does NOT disconnect power to the trailer. Last thing you want in the morning is to have a dead trailer battery and dead TV battery(s)!!!
We have 4 GC2's so there is no way we would run down that battery bank overnight, but those with only one 12V, it's a possibility.
