i would consider selling my salt rusted f 250 at this time .
i would consider buying a new-used diesel ( ps, ctd , or dmax ) from the west coast where salt is not an issue .
i have a 2002 gmc diesel allison bought new .
i have not had any major repairs such as fuel injectors .
Oregon does not put salt on their roads except near the california border .
i have kept this truck 7 years longer than the 6 that preceded it , all of which were gas big blocks .
520 foot pounds in a dmax 2002 is still more than a 2014 gasser .
best truck i have owned , and i would not buy a gasser again .
