Shoutout for Timbren

I just had to give a shout out to Timbren!! Earlier this year I paid to have a set of Timbren's on my 2011 Ram 3500....as it turned out it when the truck accessory store installed them they left to large of a gap (which I wondered about) and they used the normal Timbren. I finally had some free time to talk to Timbren and found Murray to be a huge help. He informed me that I had the wrong Timbren's (that I should I. Fact have the heavy duty version) and that the gap was in fact to big. That said he sent a brand new set of Timbren's with more spacers then necessary for free!! And didn't even charge me shipping. I was very impressed and actually quiet amazed! I installed them today and can already tell a substaintial positive difference!!
  • I just picked up my new TC and instead of installing new super springs as the olds wouldn't work, I went with the Timbrens as the ride was terrible with the super springs without the TC loaded. So far great move get the the Timbrens.
  • I've read numerous articles about Timbren's and most recommend that the standard Timbren's are sufficient...I was surprised to feel the immediate difference and reduced sway once I installed the HD versions. It also significantly reduced rear end sag which was already largely mitigated.
  • Timbren sent spacers when I contacted them about the excessive gap on my Silverado 1500. They don't do much good if they are not in full contact when loaded, and mine were not.
  • Early last summer I removed RideRite airbags and re-installed the Timbrens.

Much better handling and weight control.
  • X-2. I had something close to your situation, and they took care of it with no questions asked. They are an excellent company, and I am very pleased with their product.
