In the trailers I have had, access to the water connection fittings is behind the valve body. Most valve bodies can be removed by removing the 4 screws that hold the valve plate (shower wall portion). You will likely need to use a razor blade and score the caulk around the plate first. Once the valve plate is loose it should pull out exposing the water line connection fittings at the rear of the faucet. I have checked and serviced the shower valve connections this way on 3 or 4 different rvs so I believe most are set up this way.
