My TT has a rear corner shower with no access panel. It had a leak in the diverter which needed to be replaced.
My RV tech called the manufacturer who agreed it wasn't typical to not have an access panel. Their solution was a stand-off that can be used once the old diverter is cut off. Eats up an inch or so of space into the shower, but did the trick.
You may need to check with your TT manufacturer to ask what they recommend for this type of fix.
