My so called "luxury" camper come with decent kitchen faucet, but cheap bathroom and outside shower valves. Hated those things and they come some freeze damages so was on the market for good replace...

I hope the hose clamps hold on the pex pipe. I think you're rolling the dice on that. FWIW, I bought a pex crimp tool, the one with the two halves drawn together by bolts for around $20 at Menards.
