As usual with TC it all boils to miniature details.
In our rear-entrance camper we have huge wardrobe next to the door. Full-timing in wet winter I was able to add foldable cloth bar over its door, where we would hang our water-dripping cloths.
Than the camper has 2 more wardrobes inside, while no cabinets on cabover sides.
IMHO full side cabinet in cabover makes it really claustrophobic.
Both our campers have identical main floor plan, so the entrance/rear cabinets are the only difference.
Than don't know how much side entrance affected the bathroom, but it is about 1" smaller than on rear entrance.
1" might not sound much, but makes heck of the difference when you try to turn under the shower and curtain lays on your back becouse of that 1" less.
TC are very complex units and everything in them is a compromise, so on final end, the choice is to have 1" more space here and 1" space less there.
Not an easy decision.
Commenting on the pictures of rear wardrobe - making special slide just for your undies is not really my idea of how campers should be build and is not changing the fact that you have to have it due to side entrance, so we differ in this aspect. Buying bigger truck to handle that extra slide is not good option neither. Have to add that both my campers allow enter and use with slide in and both can be carried on F350 dually with no modifications.
