Signing the papers tomorrow!

Buying a 2010 Trail Cruiser 23QBC from our friend who needed to get rid of it after her divorce. It's been used all of 4 times so essentially new. :B

Now where's that list of all the additional stuff I need to buy? :)

  • Only things you HAVE to have, and these things may already be there, because the first owner need them as well, are. Sewer hose, fresh water hose, some sort of leveling blocks, and some wheel chocks.

Every thing else, and I do mean everything else. Is up to your personal taste, and needs.
  • Here's something from the archives that you likely will find helpful:

  • There will be stuff that you won't get to thinking about in the driveway, like a good sewer hose, a surge protector, blocks for the tires, etc.

    WoodGlue
  • i was new buyer also went to local RV dealer and got their cateloge so i would know the name of the stuff i wanted and needed but some books from amazon and havent left the yard in 3 weeks and wife and i have enjoyed buying stocking and getting ready for spring to sprung so we can plan a trip...
  • Additional Stuff?

Each person has their own list of items.

As a suggestion, Park TT in your driveway for a weekend and "camp" inside it. Seriously…. Do 2+ camping days/nights as if camping at a remote CG. If you need to go into the house to get an item (like pillow, blankets, cleaners, can opener, toilet paper, etc.), then write the item on a list. At end of weekend camping event, you now have your shopping list "of things to buy".

Note: Don't forget the can opener. Spoons, forks, plates are a given. Its the little things (like can opener or bottle opener) that we often forget.

    Hope this helps.
