Well, April is a long ways away....lol, you should be fine!
Just stick the front tires on the back and see if the shake goes away or moves. First thing, that is easy, free (unless you don't change tires) and will definitively show as a bad tire or rule out the tires.
Since this (presumably) just started its not as likely you have the Chevy shake.
FWiw, typically, small vibrations that are only apparent at a particular speed or 2 are tire related. Drivetrain type issues typically present at multiple speeds and increase in frequency or amplitude as speed increases.
