Silverado with DEF date?
Does anyone know when they started putting DEF in the diesels? Thanks!

Actually, Dodge started in 2008 MY, on the 4500/5500 CC.
My 2012 Ram 3/4 ton pick up with the Cummins 6.7 diesel does not use or require DEF or glow plugs either.- "2011 for Ford and 2013 for Dodge"
Actually, Dodge started in 2008 MY, on the 4500/5500 CC. - it was as early as 2007 for some MH, that was the year Cat left the market because of the tightened EPA restrictions
- 2011 for Ford and 2013 for Dodge
- Some models in 2008. But not all.
- 2011 for GM
