Similar floorplan to Timber Ridge 270DBHS

Question

I was recently browsing various manufacturers and I really like the floor plan of the Timber Ridge 270dbhs.  I am in the Midwest and the Timber Ridges are out West, plus they are pricey.  I have looked, but haven't seen very many similar floor plans.  I only need 2 bunks and I like when the bunks are across the trailer and not lengthwise.  Most of the 2 bunk floor plans are lengthwise bunks and those trailers seem smaller.

Lance 2185 has 3 bunks (2 if you wish) across the trailer as opposed to lengthwise.WoodGlue

Palomino used to make the Thourobred or Ultra Lite T-291 that had bunks across the back and a slide.

see sig, most bhs trailers are length wise.  go look at a few, the timber ridge is way smaller inside due to the bathroom vs mine, also the dry weight of 7100lbs is really really heavy for that length. mines almost 3' longer and is 400lbs lighter for an actual dry weight.
