If you go with the Jayco, you may want to see about getting it with a longer awning. And again, make sure you're comfortable with the amount of storage space the camper has. With that particular unit, I can see having to keep a bit of gear in a truck bed or elsewhere, but that's just based upon what gear we've traveled with even when we had popup campers (wife, 2 sons and me). If you travel real light, such as only a couple of folding chairs and a grill, storage in the Jayco may be fine.
Also, I would make sure that the murphy bed allows enough clearance for adding a foam layer or topper to the mattress and being able to put it in the stored position without a problem. At our age, most stock trailer mattresses just aren't adequate. We donated the mattress that came with our Winnie and replaced it with a full mattress from Sam's Club...we don't care about giving up the short queen, which is a bit wider than a full mattress.
