Skylight crack fix?

Thanks everyone to the great advice and responses. Took a closer look today……found lots fractures “thinking about” becoming cracks on both of my skylights. So I now plan to replace both.

Any recommendation on the best sealant? I have the typical rubber EPDM roof – I’m thinking Dicor lap sealant.
