Very timely because I'm faced with the same thing on my Wildwood. I have more rot then you and need to remove the slide to fix the inside floor. I was going to do it myself but need a forklift. I've decided to let a independent shop fix it. I thought of building a frame with caster wheels to support slide to remove.

You did a nice job and it looks like you have a k-9 supervisor's as well.
