We have Hehr frameless windows that only the lower portion tips out. For the most part thumbs up except for a couple of issues. First trip of the season the windows seem to stick and take some force to open. The mechanism seems a little spindly and I'm not sure about longevity. However, the trailer is in its 9th year and no problems yet.
They do look better in my opinion. If you are the type like me that buffs water spots off your windows the frameless ones are a piece of cake compared to sliders.
